SHIGAN, founded in 2013, is a consulting firm dedicated to managing sensitive issues and crisis situations.

Specialist in political communication, crisis management, Public Diplomacy and Social Strategy. n
A specialist in Public Affairs and Governmental Relation strategy, Political Communication and Crisis Management, Sébastien has for many years worked towards placing values at the heart of communication and influence strategies. For more than 15 years he has been advising firms, governments and head of States. In particular Sebastien worked in Georgia, Ukraine and African continent. He also helped several corporations to manage their crisis (product, social issues, etc) or business projects (merging, business and pants purchase, etc) : Mondelez International, Parkeon, Cevital, Brakes, Orchestra/Toys’r us, and others. Sebastien also developed communication strategies for the UN COP 22 in Morocco and for other project in UNESCO. He led several presidential election campaigns over the past last years in Africa.
Sebastian has led two agencies, and is a regular speaker at the Economic Forum in Krynica (Poland) and expert member of several Think Tanks in France. He is Graduated from Paris Pantheon-ASSAS University.
LAURENT BÉRAIL

Specialist in the performance of organizations and their leaders, through the mobilization of men and collective stakeholders
Laurent specializes in various spheres in building and managing project of change in complex environments. He bases his interventions on a political games’ players approach, the implementation of empowerment of stakeholders and council leaders process.
He advises French political and corporate leaders, as well as international actors, including Middle East political leaders. Member of the Economic and Social Council (third French chamber) from 2004 to 2009, teaches strategic management at the ICP since 2009.
